Sindiswa grow up in a small-town community where she learned the importance of support, empathy, and connection. From an early age, Sindiswa found herself drawn to helping others, which inspired her journey into social work. After completing her studies, she returned to her community to serve as a social worker where she spent several years working with children, families and individuals facing various social and emotional challenges.

Sindiswa Ndaba is a passionate and experienced social worker in private practice, registered with the South African Council for Social Service Professions (SACSSP) and the practice is registered with the Board of Health Care Workers (BHF/PCNS). With over a decade of professional experience in both public and private sectors, she has worked extensively with variety including vulnerable children, youth at risk, individuals facing mental health challenges, and families in crisis.
